After experiencing a traumatic health scare in the Fall of 2016, I realized just how much emotional pain, if not addressed, can cause your physical body to eventually break down, as mine did. Now, on my own journey of healing to wholeness, I understand that mastering my emotional response to life is essential to my overall health.
